Separate accomodation, in form of hostels, is provided for boys & girls. The hostels are equipped with all the basic amenities & are situated very near to the academic building. Three type of accomodations are presently available to choose from, viz., single-seater, double-seater, & triple-seater rooms. The construction is quite new & according to modern architecture scheme.

It is equipped with latest about 200 PIV, PIII computers, SUN Sparc machine, 2000 Servers, Windows 2000, XP, Solaris 7 and 8 operating systems along with a large range of latest softwares such as Visual Studio 6.0, Dot Net, MS Office 2000, Window XP, Frontpage, Database Oracle 9i, SQL 2000, etc. INTERNET facility of 512 KBPS Lease Line has also been provided for extensive global exposure of students for enlarging information base to international level.

Computer labs are divided in to two main categories .

Interactive labs have a capacity of 80 students and are furnished with latest gizmos to appreciate and justify an interactive way of learning complex computer subjects and software.

Training labs provide computing facilities for assignments ,projects and research .
They are well equipped with Computers ,printers,scanners and other required accessories .Training labs could accommodate 120 students .

CIITM has a well equipped Chemistry Laboratory.It has designed Chemistry Lab in such a manner that enables students to learn the theoretical aspects as well as the practical aspects of chemistry with the help of high performance digital instruments.It serves as a mode for electro-chemical analysis along with high degree of accuracy & precision in Engineering Chemistry.

CIITM a unit of Compucom foundation has its main focus to provide world-class education in Computers and Management .Our classrooms are carefully designed to meet our goals and therefore meet world-class standards . We have designed 13 classrooms with modern amenities like over the head projectors ,projectors ,wide boards ,comfortable seats and auditorium style arrangements . A CIITM classroom creates a healthy and excellent environment for proper communication between students and instructors . Each of this classrooms are designed to accommodate 60 students comfortably .

CIITM also provides an Interaction and mentorship rooms . Where students and professors can interact and discuss various aspects of subjects . It can also be utilized for extra tutorial purpose and for special classes .

CIITM has an Open Air Theatre with a sitting capacity of 1000 audience .
Open Air Theater provides a strong platform for debates ,speeches and presentations and for ANNUAL Graduation and Awards Ceremony. It is also used for cultural activities such as dance competition , festivals and drama

CIITM encourages educational tour, picnics, and talent search to boost morale of its students .
